Lost in Transit or Undeliverable Orders
Although we make every effort to ensure orders can be successfully delivered, which may include using address corrections based on deliverability data from shipping carriers, once a package has been handed off to a carrier, we’re unable to make corrections to address labels. If you discover an issue with a supplied address with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible as orders are typically packed and ship within 24–48 hours if not sooner in many cases.
If your package goes missing in transit, please start by contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, deliveries are largely out of our control — but we’ll do our best to help track it down whenever possible.

Please note that we’re unable to accept product returns at this time. Products from Matter Editions are uniquely handmade and produced in limited or specially numbered editions. If you have questions or concerns about a purchased item, please reach out and we’ll find a way to make it right.
