Frequently Asked Questions

How does Otty work?

Enter a few details about your partner’s cycle during onboarding, and Otty maps out the phases and tailors the in-app content to the current phase. You can adjust the details anytime in Settings.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Otty works fully without an account. Creating an account is optional and only needed if you want to back up your data to the cloud or sync across devices.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your cycle data is stored on your device by default. If you sign in, it’s backed up securely via Firebase. We never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How accurate are the phase predictions?

Predictions are based on the cycle data you provide. The more periods you log, the more accurate the predictions become. Otty automatically adjusts cycle length based on your history. This is not a medical tool, so always consult a healthcare provider for medical concerns.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your device’s app store account settings, under Subscriptions. You’ll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

Delete your account from the Settings screen inside Otty, under Privacy & Data. This permanently removes all your data from our servers.

Is Otty inclusive?

Absolutely. Otty is designed for anyone who loves someone whose body runs on a cycle. Gender doesn’t matter. Relationship type doesn’t matter. If you care enough to be here, you belong here.
