For more than five years, we’ve provided free gender-affirming resources, Build-a-Queer Kits, flights for trans youth, education, and community support to thousands of trans people across the United States.

Direct Service

We provide life-changing gender-affirming support through our Build-a-Queer Kits and Flights for Trans Youth, removing financial and geographic barriers to care.

Changing the Narrative

We create educational resources, share authentic trans stories, and work with media to increase understanding, visibility, and representation of transgender and gender-diverse people.

Building Community

We strengthen communities through outreach, partnerships, coalition-building, and programs that connect trans people with the resources and support they deserve.
