- Registration adds participants to the WCSPT bi‑monthly newsletter mailing list (unsubscribe at any time).
- Participants accept that sessions may be filmed/recorded and used for promotional purposes.
- Cancellations on or before November 1, 2026: 50% of the registration fee refunded after the conference (bank charges deducted).
- Cancellations after November 1, 2026: no refund; substitutions allowed until November 1, 2026.
- Official conference language: English (no simultaneous translation).
- Participants who require a visa for Switzerland should apply as early as possible.
- After registration and payment, the organising secretariat issues an invitation letter for embassy/consulate use.
- The congress does not contact embassies or consulates directly on behalf of applicants.
- In case of a refused visa, a 50% refund may be granted upon presentation of the official refusal letter.
- Free communications speakers needing a visa must obtain it no later than August 31, 2026 to remain in the programme.
