looses it's reputation
Upgrader.com launched in early 2025 with bold promises of transparency and a “provably fair” experience, but user reviews tell a different story — the platform holds a dismal 2.9 rating with widespread complaints about rigged outcomes and manipulated results.
Behind the scenes, they’ve demonstrated unethical business practices, including silently slashing affiliate commissions without notice. Their previous projects drown in scam allegations and bad reviews.
Upgrader’s Discord is notably filled with user losses rather than wins, and the community atmosphere has turned toxic with moderators insulting / banning users — all red flags suggesting this platform prioritizes profit over player trust.
While we cannot confirm danger, we’re strongly encouraging anyone to be cautious with Upgrader.
Dripdraw
failed since 2023
Dripdraw launched in 2020 and quickly built a solid reputation with over 300,000 users and thousands of positive reviews thanks to innovative features and reliable deliveries.
However, after being taken over by new owners in early 2023, the platform took a sharp turn — users began reporting undelivered products, accounts being banned without reason, and completely unresponsive customer support. The new operators have allegedly flooded Trustpilot with thousands of fake reviews to mask the decline, making DripDraw a site we strongly advise against using today.
HypeLoot
is the biggest mystery box fraud in history
Hypeloot was one of the biggest scams in mystery box history, defrauding users of roughly $2 million before shutting down in October 2025.
The mystery box platform itself was essentially a facade — while users faced undelivered products, unjustified account bans, and unresponsive support, the operators were building toward their real play: a fraudulent crypto ICO for the $HPLT token that alone collected $1.1 million from investors before vanishing without ever releasing the token.

Lootie
was once a pioneer, but turned dangerous
Lootie launched in 2019 as one of the early mystery box pioneers, building a solid reputation with a clean interface and strong social proof including a 4.2 Trustpilot rating from thousands of reviews.
However, the platform eventually stopped fulfilling deliveries — customers reported being told items were “out of stock” and receiving only site credits instead of actual products, effectively trapping their deposits.
By late 2025, Lootie appears to be completely unavailable, marking what seems to be the end of a platform that went from industry leader to cautionary tale.
Ceased mystery box sites

small but legit pioneer
MysteryOpening was a smaller Estonian-based mystery box platform that operated for around 6 years, offering a clean user experience with battles, a solid affiliate program, and decent community engagement on Discord and social media.
Despite maintaining a respectable 4.0 Trustpilot rating and loyal user base, the team announced in October 2025 that they decided to close the site, hinting it simply no longer felt right for them to continue.
MysteryBoxBrand
turned off lights without notice
MysteryBoxBrand was a mystery box platform that operated from around 2020 to 2023, offering users free sign-up boxes and a layout that closely resembled competitor Lootie.
The site quietly ceased operations without any official announcement, leaving behind an inactive website with no payment processing and artificially inflated activity metrics that still display to this day.
No clear ownership was ever disclosed, and the platform never established a Trustpilot presence or meaningful community trust before going dark.
BOXY.gg
targeted by attackers
Boxy.gg was a promising mystery box platform that launched in 2024, known for its exceptionally clean UI/UX, custom box creator, and innovative features like instant crypto withdrawals and user-created boxes.
In September 2025, the site went into maintenance mode after the team discovered a security exploit that led to fraudulent withdrawals going undetected for some time. Despite initial promises to return and honor legitimate pending payouts, the platform never came back online — leaving the community uncertain whether it was a genuine breach they couldn’t recover from or something else entirely.
Hybe
stays the teams all time favorite site
HYBE was one of the original mystery box pioneers, launching in 2018 and growing to become the industry’s largest platform with over 1 million verified users and a team of 20+ employees at its peak.
Known for their exceptional experience and focus on hypebeasts rather than traditional gamblers, they carved out a unique niche by offering luxury and hard-to-get products.
In December 2024, they unexpectedly announced closure effective December 31st — the exact reasons remain unclear, though industry speculation points to a combination of legal pressures, competitive tensions with other major players, and potential plans to rebuild under a new version.
