Some professional announcements are purely career moves. For me, this feels like coming home to family.
I’m returning to @Kalshi as CEO of Kalshi Prime.
Maybe you should learn a bit about efficiency - Does Terry Duffy @CMEGroup have more people in his regulatory department than @Kalshi has in the entire company? Question of the day from @luanalopeslara
Americans trust regulated markets - and Kalshi pursued the regulated path from day one, Kalshi came in the front door @luanalopeslara (at the @CFTC live today) unlike the unregulated offshore competitors.
Two years is plenty. Most of the useful material I learned in law school was during year one.
That’s when you learn to think like a lawyer (for better or worse.)
My own proposed reform would be to allow a 2-year law degree—call it an LL.B., like the old-style law degrees—and allow schools to offer students a two-year LL.B. path instead of a 3-year J.D. program, with states allowing grads of either to sit for the bar.
