It needs to be Universal, this could be their Stars Wars if done properly (dark, gritty, militaristic).
They straight up sold Halo toys in the Terminator 2 store over ten years ago at Universal Orlando Resort in Islands of Adventure. They want it.

Xbox has begun pitching to Hollywood studios a package of their major gaming IP - including ‘Halo’, ‘Warcraft’, ‘Elder Scrolls’ & more - to make into movie/TV adaptations.
Universal, Netflix and Paramount are currently interested.
