Senegal has 37.5% poverty rate. Less than 10% social protection coverage. Only 15% pension coverage for older people. @IDEPOfficial , DGPSN and CREG (@CregCenter) just trained 60 Senegalese officials to turn social protection into a driver of growth, not just a safety net.
