🚨 Today, the Supreme Court hears oral arguments in U.S. v Skrmetti, a case that could ban trans people from accessing essential health care. We MUST finalize the ERA to help protect the constitutional rights of our trans siblings. It's past time to enshrine gender equality.

Today is #LatinaEqualPay Day!  Latinas earn just 51 cents for every dollar paid to white, non-Hispanic men.  It's time to close the wage gap & enshrine gender equality in the Constitution by passing the Equal Rights Amendment.  We need Equal Pay. We need the ERA.

This Constitution Day would be a great day to enshrine the #EqualRightsAmendment as the 28th Amendment. Our Caucus will never stop working to get constitutional gender equality across the finish line.

Happy #PrideMonth! LGBTQ+ leaders like Pauli Murray and Barbara Jordan have been at the forefront of the fight for gender equality, yet have seldom been recognized. This month and every month, we thank them for their commitment to fighting for gender equality for all 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Last week, the ERA caucus celebrated it’s one year anniversary. In one year, we have grown to the 5th largest caucus in Congress. Together, we will enshrine the ERA and the protections it would provide into our nations most foundational document.
