    Some companies built leaderboards ranking employees by tokens burned. That's tokenmaxxing, and by most accounts, it's dying. Airbnb's CTO Ahmad Al-Dahle says his team stopped counting tokens and started tracking quality instead. Usage, in his words, "took care of itself."
