Why do some BGA pads have tiny holes? 🤔 They’re not a design mistake. Via-in-Pad places a via directly inside the pad to save routing space. But if it’s not properly filled, solder can wick into the hole during reflow, causing soldering issues. #PCBDesign #BGA #JLCPCB
