Housing being ruinously expensive would be a dramatically larger campaign issue if young people and renters voted. Alas, the median voter is solidly middle-class and 54 years old.

1990 is a fascinating year to be born. Childhood/college before social media, the phones, and algorithms swallow the world. No Cold War. Still alive for today's biotech/AI but more secure in career. Still in college for the '08 crash, better by 2012. Urban revival in your 20s.

Having looked into it, I think I may have been wrong about Warnock 2028. He recently visited Nevada, he released a book, he's deliberately not ruled out a run in 2028, GA insiders see him as a more likely candidate to run than Ossoff. So maybe there is something there.

Generally a pretty dire list. Medicare for Kids at -4, Medicare for All at -11, more STEM visas at -13, requiring cities to allow multifamily housing at -20, raising taxes on the middle class by 3% at -22. But these in particular are extremely radioactive. No police abolition.
