A critical VMware hypervisor escape puts tenant isolation at risk. CVE-2026-47876 may allow an administrator inside a guest VM configured with VMXNET3 to execute code on the underlying ESX host. For hosting providers running multi-tenant infrastructure, that is a serious risk.
