- Read six free social scheduling tiers expecting post caps to be the real limit. It's the seat. Buffer: 1 user. Zoho: 1 member. Publer: 1 workspace. Post caps track usage. Seat caps track your org chart.
- A user said their content plan reached one of their three Instagram accounts. I assumed they'd misconfigured it. Nope: the planner picked a platform, then one account inside it. Rebuilt it around accounts, and same-platform ones now share a generation.
- Lost a day to an OAuth bug with no error message. On iPhones with the provider's app installed, tapping connect opened that app instead of the login dialog. No exception, no failed request, no server log. Nothing to debug, because the phone never finished the request.
- what's the one thing about your social posting tool that makes you put off opening it? mine: rewriting the same post 4x for 4 platforms. by the 4th i've stopped caring if it's good. curious about the specific friction, not "it's clunky"
