Our ability to run agent sessions in parallel is bottlenecked by our local dev environment. We currently don't support isolating infra for each project. I'll be working on fixing that and sharing my findings here
So far, controlling codex via phone works pretty well. It seems to struggle with stacked permission requests (no "Awaiting Approval" on my phone despite it appearing on my laptop)
