- I love having kids. They are on an island in Sweden with their grandparents for a week. I’m locking in. Calling them every day though.
- Every month I keep saying our sandbox revenue might have plateaued. I think it can hear me and it works like reverse psychology though because it keeps going up +30% every month.
- I've had a theory about super smart people who aren't always successful, that it boils down to focusing too much on verifiable rewards with short feedback loops. It feels like there's a lesson that might carry over to LLMs here.
- There’s an interesting structural reason why inference providers should exist separately from model builders. The best model keeps changing a lot. Inference providers can easily reallocate resources between models since overall demand is still quite smooth.
