A sound analysis. @hmtreasury spreadsheets ignore taxpayers behaviour when faced with a new tax assault. Wealth creators also look at the entire fabric of a nation. Unfairness & stupidity of overall #government policy also changes behaviour. There have been many ‘final straws’

Why is it poor service, budget overspending and potential strike action always seems to arise in @UKLabour run #Councils. Resident satisfaction @ThanetCouncil is at an all time low & one only has to look at the street scene to see it - unswept streets, litter, weeds.

The green lobby need to give their heads a wobble. Electricity that is 80% clean but a THIRD cheaper is better climate policy. Why? It makes electric cars and heating affordable for ordinary families. They would rather make electricity expensive, then force people to buy them.
