    How to reduce (or just contain) debt-to-GDP: 1⃣ Economic growth (⬆️ real & nominal GDP) 2⃣ Reduce spending 3⃣ Increase taxes 4⃣ Inflation/Debase the currency (⬆️ nominal GDP) Post WWII, the US did all 4 of these things. Today... 1⃣ Everyone is hoping it happens but

    Without a suggested path forward, these types of statements come across as "I'm so out of shape, I couldn't possibly fix my diet and lifestyle." And, consider that perhaps China is dependent on the exports as well? The point isn't to eliminate them as a trading partner. The

    U.S. is highly, highly dependent on imported goods. Not just rare earths, but basically everything. The goods trade deficit is over $1t. Without these imports inflation would surge, and living standards plummet. That is why big talk on sanctioning China is nonsense.

    Oh my goodness. People think this is a good idea? Feels similar to the origins of seed oils, but probably worse. Hey we were going to throw away this plastic garbage, but instead we're going to feed it to you!

    Mining rig prices move directionally with the price of BTC, but not immediately.  So there is a very small window of time (right now) when you can buy mining rigs at the same prices as when BTC was <$65k. But if BTC price stays here or climbs further, machine prices will
