If you rely on NetworkPolicy as a security control, patch Cilium today. 1.20.1 fixes a bug where CIDR policies can be silently bypassed after an agent restart and traffic can drop. Silent, as in: no metric tells you enforcement stopped. Backports: 1.19.7 and 1.18.13 also

Gateway API v1.6 closed a real gap: TCPRoute and UDPRoute graduated to Standard (v1). Until now, Gateway API was only stable for HTTP and TLS. Databases, DNS, VoIP, game servers had no portable way to sit behind a Gateway. v1alpha2 is deprecated. Move your manifests.
