    My variation on Piet’e acid mushrooms I didn’t have balsamico so I used the juice form a whole lemon 🍋, a tea spoon of sugar to imitate balsamico sweetness and a lot of smoked paprika The proteins part is played by grilled smoky paprika chicken breast 🐔 Normally chicken

    This is the problem with most modern yogurt It's only 3% protein This one isn't high in fats or sugar though so not unhealthy, but useless if you want to hit protein goals

    Skyr is great, but traditional Bulgarian yogurt is outstanding. Only two ingredients: milk and Lactobacillus bulgaricus. This is the bacteria that makes the milk thicken and also gives this specific taste. Some brands also use Streptococcus thermophilus. I eat at least 4
