Herdr Annotate, full throttle!
This is now a @herdrdev plugin with an optional full Plannotator.ai experience as a TUI. Built to:
- Annotate Agent Messages (e.g. grill sessions)
- Annotate Files (e.g. plans, specs, etc)
- Create a native feedback loop with agents
