Every P2P connection is now wrapped in TLS 1.3 using X25519MLKEM768 hybrid key exchange (RFC 10024). This protects the network from HNDL attacks while preserving the Falcon-512 application-layer identity checks. Quanta is now PQC-secured at both consensus and transport layers.
