Trump keeps bragging we control the Strait of Hormuz when all the evidence points to the fact that we don't. Iran is preventing oil from going through the Strait, and we are helpless to do anything about it.

Data centers are put where land is cheap. They don't really create noise. They aren't put in places where people see their ugliness. They do create more jobs than the empty land they are build on. They use up resources like water. They don't really impact electricity prices

I’m against power plants. They take up land. They create noise. They’re ugly. And they create relatively few permanent jobs compared to the amount of land and resources they use. Yes, I use electricity. But that doesn’t mean I have to support power plants.
