    🚀As promised, excited to share our #CVPR2026 work: ALOE - Align Once to Explain 🌱 We turn frozen foundation ViTs (DINOv3, SigLIP2, sup.) into inherently interpretable B-cos models with a single label-free alignment step. ~1000× more data-efficient than training from scratch.

    Very nice article written by @Michael_J_Black about his first big conference experience @ICCVConference 1990. There were "only" 126 papers at that time. "It was way easier than today to stay on top of the literature; there were only 126 papers in the conference after all!  Out
