@Uber_India What’s the way to escalate a complaint when Uber applied a toll twice and the in-app customer support does nothing to resolve (apart from sending templates response)?

Beautiful Aravallis basking in the early rays of the sun as my flight approached Ahmedabad. Looking forward to making new friends at @LaraconIN over the weekend!

As a side-effect of Twitter breaking its 3rd party app APIs I’ve realised that as soon as I return to my phone’s home screen, my thumb just involuntarily launches Tweetbot and tries to refresh the timeline. And I’m just *unable* to stop my finger from doing that over and over. 😟

Finally it’s here! Very excited that @CraftCMS has built a 1st party integration with @Shopify. Shopify does a great job of connecting several moving parts for e-commerce, but offers a very lacklustre CMS to support a good content strategy+marketing. This will be a killer combo!

Everyone’s chasing quick returns. I feel most brands find rapid short-term success through ads, and start relying on that — exactly what Big-Tech wants. Brand building, thought leadership content etc. offer compounding long-term returns, but there’s simply no patience for that.

Based on several recent conversations Private colleges focused heavily on digital / print Now faced with soaring CAC and poor quality leads Lack of brand-building is biting and there is no quick fix
