    I honestly love what I have done with Blogmaker / my best piece of work to date / super proud of it —— the way it works, the code, HTML/CSS is all me zero framework This is a demo I just made for the potential buyer and I'm crying inside the whole time for letting it go 🥹

    One thing I don't get to this day. People report $80K MRR for months, years. 80% margin. They hit a few bad months and whoa panic! "we're out of money" How are you out of money? What were you doing with your 80% month margins for years? Do these people blow it all up on

    Business is way easier than people make it sound. The hard part is not thinking that “it’s supposed to be hard” —— that’s conditioning.

    Also you need to be careful not to romanticize hardship. Look for what the market wants and deliver 100x that. Don’t get caught up in “this is supposed to be hard” mentality. It’s easier when serving a market in motion. You can’t invent demand and don’t have 100 years to wait

    Approximated by @CarterBryden is such a great piece of software. If you're running a SaaS and offer custom domains to your users / Approximated is the way to go. I've used it on Blogmaker and Subsection and it's such a breeze to manage custom domains. Highly recommend it!

    Stripe transfer question / for anyone who has exited a SaaS product. Have you: 1. Transfered the entire account, or 2. Migrated customer data If #2, did the active subscriptions transfer as well?
