- Happy New Year! 馃コ馃帊馃巻 2025 was Worktree's first, and we're incredibly grateful for everyone who has helped us get this far, so far.
- A few months ago we decided to do something crazy and reinvent AWS S3 from scratch. Well, now we've done it, and you can join the beta waiting list! S3-compatible object storage, fully built and hosted in Canada, is launching soon.
- This is what AI scraper traffic looks like: >700 req/s spikes. We're working to mitigate this, but thankfully it's not causing any availability issues.
- Our first official maintenance window is complete, with ~3 mins total downtime. The new infra has significantly improved performance across the board. With this, we have also nearly removed all usage of AWS from our infra. Bare metal always wins.
