- When you realize software powers the future of everything you realize why all labs have entirely switched their focus Can’t have a world dominating superpower if you only provide utility to the average person
- i think folks do not understand how valuable it is to have a customer who complains to you about things they dont like in your product (hopefully vendors we work with appreciate my absolute transparency!)
