Our official conference hotel is beginning to fill on certain dates!

We encourage you to book your requested dates at the Gaylord Rockies so that you can take advantage of the amenities and perks of being at the conference hotel (lunch vouchers and complimentary wi-fi) we understand that during weekends and heavy booking days, you may not be able to get all the dates you would like.

Please book the dates that you can get and then contact lodging@cppcon.org for assistance with dates that are not available at the time of booking. Karen will help you and advise if there are any dates that cannot be accommodated. If this happens, Overflow Hotels (listed at the bottom of this page) are available to you.

Please use the specified links at the bottom of this page to request your missing nights. You will be asked for a credit card only as a guarantee for your requested dates. If you wish to go on the Gaylord Waiting List, email lodging@cppcon.org and give Karen your confirmation number and the night(s) you want to place on the waiting list. She will advise you if it becomes available and you can move to the Gaylord. Shuttle service will be provided for sold out dates between the conference hotel and the overflow properties.

Gaylord Rockies

Reap the benefits of being with fellow attendees and the multiple opportunities for networking at our on-site location and support our Official Conference Headquarters Hotel by booking at the Gaylord Rockies. This five-star venue is the home for CppCon and has meeting space sufficient to accommodate us all, both currently and for the foreseeable future.

Again this year, we have a conference special that includes up to 5 days of lunch vouchers (up to $30 daily) and WiFi throughout the hotel and conference center throughout the week exclusively for attendees staying at the Gaylord Rockies. We are unable to provide WiFi in the conference center for those not staying at the hotel, and there is no way to purchase that from the hotel. Let us know during registration that you will be staying at the hotel, and book a room at the Gaylord Rockies. You’ll receive one lunch voucher, up to a maximum of five vouchers per attendee, for each night of your stay. There is a limit of one voucher per room night no matter how many people are sharing the room. Room nights paid for by the conference do not qualify for the lunch vouchers.

Can easily return to your room during meal breaks.
Easily attend all Open content sessions. Content can run until 22:00 most days.

Room rate: $299 for single/double + $48.82 tax; upgrades may be available (in-block reservations represent substantial savings)

  - Hotel shuttle picks up from 61^st and Pena station about every half hour
Self-Parking is $30 plus tax per night with in/out privileges (we do not recommend that you bring your car or rent one during your stay)
