I live in Florida... Our landscapers in the HOA turned over from Spanish speaking to English speaking. Our HOA fees went up 5 bucks a mos due to wages. Fine. Our edging, tree trimming, spot repair has in a few short months turned our yards into a masterpiece you would swear
