Been in tech for a long time and worked closely with R&D, progress always takes time. As Indians, we’ve often leaned toward services over long-term product bets. Truly appreciate how Zoho has consistently invested in R&D with patience and a long-term vision.

Great to see end-to-end encryption being prioritized for Arattai. Curious to know, is the cloud storage for Arattai also hosted on Zoho’s own infrastructure like Zoho Cliq, or does it rely on third-party cloud providers?

I’ve been using Zoho personally, and it’s one of the best products to come out of India. It’s lightweight, very efficient, and I’ve recommended it to many of my clients around the world, no regrets from anyone so far.
