Not the loud crowd, not the transactional circles, but the steady few who show up with honesty when things get confusing. We all go through phases where our energy dips, where pressure clouds thinking, or where the path feels heavier than usual. In those moments, there are always two kinds of people — some step back, and a rare few step closer with their light. This year I became more conscious of these rare individuals. They don’t solve your problems for you. They simply make the space around you brighter so you can see your own way out. And in leadership, that means everything. I also realized that support is not about constant agreement. Support is the courage to tell you the truth without bruising your intent. It’s the silent strength that keeps you centred when the world expects you to always have the answers. My learning from 2025: Success has many contributors, but stability usually has only a handful. These are the people who hold your confidence steady when uncertainty tries to unsettle it. This year, I tried to invest more in these relationships — with my teams, mentors, peers, and even the younger colleagues who bring fresh energy. When you grow, you don’t outgrow people. You grow because of them. If strategy gives direction, these people give rhythm. If results show progress, these people shape resilience. If the world expects strength, these people remind you that strength comes from being human first. The 2025 outlook has been revised upward with stronger Q3 performance, pushing the market to an estimated USD 772B next year. That’s a solid 22.5% rise from 2024’s USD 631B, driven mostly by logic, memory, and the return of demand across automotive, industrial, and consumer devices. The forecast for 2026 touches USD 975B, putting the industry within reach of the USD 1 trillion mark. To grasp the pace of this shift, consider this: the sector stood at USD 440B in 2020. By 2026, it will have more than doubled in just six years. Few global industries grow with that kind of velocity while still carrying massive dependencies on supply chains, advanced manufacturing, and geopolitical alignment. The market structure shown in the data visual gives more context to the momentum. NVIDIA leads with a valuation over & above USD 4.4T, followed by Broadcom at USD 1.8T and TSMC near USD 1.5T. Each plays a different role in the stack — from GPUs powering AI demand, to advanced nodes enabling next-gen compute, to specialty components that keep everything else running. Over the next few weeks, I will share themes that influenced how I worked, led, listened, and made decisions. These posts are not meant to sound instructional; they come from the same space where all real reflections begin — quiet moments between the noise, where the mind finally tells the truth without rushing. If #2025 taught me anything, it is that growth rarely arrives with fanfare. It shows up quietly, hides inside conversations, sits behind tough choices, and slowly reshapes how we understand the world. With that intent, I begin this series with something that defined my year: #Clarity. This year reminded me that clarity is not just a strategic tool; it is a form of respect. When leaders remove confusion, they give people back their energy. There is too much noise in today’s environment — new ideas every hour, shifting priorities, rising expectations, and endless debates that compete for attention. In all of this, the absence of clarity becomes a silent drain on teams. People do not lose motivation because they lack ambition. They lose it because they don’t know where their effort is meant to land. I realised that clarity is not created by giving more information but by removing the unnecessary. The real work lies in editing, not adding. Many ideas look exciting at first glance, but excitement without direction turns into distraction. Saying “no” quickly, cleanly, and confidently became a discipline for me this year. It protected my teams from misalignment and protected my own focus from getting scattered across too many tracks. Another learning was that clarity needs #repetition. A leader cannot explain something once and assume everyone sees the same picture. Every team interprets strategy through its own lens, influenced by pressure, workload, and personal context. When we repeat our intent, we are not being redundant; we are strengthening alignment. I found myself spending more time reinforcing direction, not because people forgot, but because reinforcement removes doubt. I also noticed that clarity delivered without #empathy feels like instruction, while clarity delivered with understanding feels like direction. This was a subtle but important shift. The better we understand people, the smoother clarity lands. When people feel included, they stop seeing clarity as correction and start seeing it as support. If I were to summarise the lesson: Clarity is the single most important investment a leader can make. It reduces friction, sharpens focus, and brings rhythm to execution. 1.Delivery efficiency accelerators are suite of software tools and solutions which help us to do the assessment of the existing customer footprint and create a comprehensive analytic reports for the customers to visualize the current challenges. These accelerators also helps to accelerate the project timelines and save substantial cost for the customer and project teams.
2) The second set of accelerators are “Enterprise Application accelerators “which are bolt on solutions on top of the industry solutions and 3rd party Vendor application packages, these solutions helps to address the solution and functionality gaps of the product.
3) Third accelerators are “Cloud Accelerators” which helps to transition the on premise application platforms to cloud platform.
We created 40 + accelerator and automation solutions.These technology solution accelerators were showcased to the customers during the early stage of the sales cycle to win over their confidence on our capability not only to execute but also to innovate to solve their problems. These tools helped us to be on the top 3 finalist even on the tough deals with major competitions
