Free. The assessment, your full report and the official AISA AI Skills Certificate you can add to LinkedIn all cost nothing and need no card. Paid products are optional ways to work on what the report shows: the AI Fluency Map ($19 one-time), the AI Coach on WhatsApp ($19/month after a 7-day free trial) and the Master bundle ($49). Your score is calculated before any offer appears, and nothing you buy changes it.

A quiz tests recall; a conversation tests what you do. Aisa adapts to your answers, follows up on claims and scores what you demonstrate against a fixed, published rubric. The rubric is versioned and stable. What refreshes weekly is AISA’s knowledge of the AI tool landscape, so the questions stay current without the scoring changing under you.

The conversation takes 20 to 40 minutes — it’s not a timed test, and it’s up to you how deep you go for a richer report. Twenty minutes is enough at a minimum. Once you finish, your report generates in about three minutes.

Every score is tied to a quote from your own conversation and judged against a published rubric: 11 criteria across 5 dimensions (Prompting & Communication, Critical Thinking, Technical Understanding, Workflow & Application, Safety & Responsibility), each described band by band from Novice to Expert. The rubric has been cross-referenced against Anthropic’s AI Fluency Index, covering 93% of its markers, and is public at /resources/the-aisa-rubric.

Yes, free. Every completed assessment earns the official AISA AI Skills Certificate — a verifiable credential with a unique URL, your score, persona, and dimension breakdown. One click adds it to your LinkedIn Licenses & Certifications section.

AISA measures 11 specific AI skills grouped into 5 dimensions: Prompting & Communication (prompt design, iterative dialogue, context management), Critical Thinking (output evaluation, limitation awareness), Technical Understanding (AI fundamentals, tool landscape), Workflow & Application (workflow integration, task decomposition, domain application), and Safety & Responsibility.

Yes, whenever you like. Every account starts with two free credits, so your first attempt and one retake cost nothing; after that, extra credits are $10 each. Employer-invited candidates ask their employer for a new invitation. Each attempt issues a new certificate reflecting your latest assessment, and your history stays on your account. We recommend a retake every three months: AI tools change fast, and so does how you use them.

Not easily, and we do not claim it is impossible. The published rubric explains what each criterion measures; it does not show model answers, so it is not an answer key. The conversation adapts to what you say and rewards specific, demonstrated practice over the right vocabulary. The AI you talk to and the AI that scores you are separate systems, so telling Aisa how you would like to be scored does not move the score. Every session runs integrity checks; where answers appear not to be the candidate’s own, the report says so and no certificate is issued. The assessment is not proctored.

AISA measures how effectively you work with AI, from one conversation of 20 to 40 minutes. It does not measure general intelligence, your domain expertise without AI, leadership, or hands-on execution inside a particular tool. It samples how you work on one day rather than observing you over months, and a conversational format favours people who explain themselves well; the rubric separates AI skill from articulacy, but the format is not neutral.

Your transcript, scores and evidence are kept until you ask us to delete them, and deletion completes within 30 days. They are not used to train AI models. Anonymised, aggregated results are used to benchmark scores and improve the assessment, and are never sold. If an employer invited you, they receive the same report you do; nothing else is published unless you share it. Full policy at /privacy.

Only if you choose. Your report is private. Your certificate has a verification page that anyone with the link can open, and you decide who gets the link. At the end of the assessment your score is added to the public leaderboard unless you untick the box; you can remove it at any time from Settings.

Practically any. Ask Aisa to switch in your first few messages and the whole session continues in your language, exercises included. Fourteen languages, including Turkish, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic and Hindi, also support voice dictation.
