Fixed synchronization of schema from embedded. Reported by @jimmarino.

The problems were:

  1. the quorum for the schema was not correct: all the nodes - 1, while it should be all the nodes
  2. there was no check about a schema changed on a replica. Now an exception is thrown, waiting for issue Allow changing the schema from a replica server #118
  3. there was no test case on the synchronization of the schema by using ArcadeDB in embedded mode
  4. changes to the types, as defining properties, was not tracked and propagated

claims: pin L1's 36.7k batched-ingest number, which nothing produces

ArcadeData#113 listed this as "prose with no artifact". It is worse than that: it
reconciles with nothing we have.

A brute force over every backend/scale/workload combination of
ingest_rows_per_s in runs.jsonl found ZERO selections yielding median 36.7k
with the paper's [36.5--39.5k] range. The canonical embedded medium ingest is
31.3k and the server's is 27.4k (which is suspiciously what the sentence
calls "27.4k per-record", though server and per-record are different axes).
The only raw rows near 37-39k belong to a superseded 2026-07-11 campaign that
load_canonical drops in favour of 07-12.

Also recovered the ArcadeData#82 probe artifacts, which existed on mini and had never
been pulled, so half this trail was invisible from the laptop. They are a
DIFFERENT experiment (500k synthetic order rows, its own database, no lane
schema) and much faster on dev23 at N=5 with conditions stamped:
  serial SQL             67,319 rows/s
  async_parallel        122,032
  insert_many           177,075
  insert_many_parallel  181,657
That does reproduce the "parallel and batched variants converge" the sentence
claims (insert_many vs insert_many_parallel differ by 2.6%), which suggests
the prose is describing this probe from an older, slower run of it.

Pinned as a deliberately FAILING claim rather than quietly corrected, because
the fix is a decision and not a nudge: if the sentence describes the LANE it
becomes 31.3k and the "columnar loaders remain 9x ahead" comparison moves one
way; if it describes the PROBE it becomes 177k and moves the other. Also note
the probe is a bespoke driver, which is the ArcadeData#119 class, so promoting its
number to prose needs the same protocol check.

claims_check now reports 59 checked, 1 disagree, and that is the honest state
until the source is chosen.

Two additions from the F6 work.

Provenance: every result row now carries engine_threads (what the pool was
actually sized to) and cpuset_cpus (what the cpuset allowed). A cell where
those differ is oversubscribed, and recording it means a later reader sees it
directly instead of reconstructing it from whichever shell script launched the
run. Same reasoning as ArcadeData#113: the overlays that fed T4 and T5 recorded none of
their run conditions, and that is why Table IV's 8.84M cell is stuck at N=3.

BENCH_DUCKDB_THREADS reproduces the pre-F6 behaviour (host count) so the A/B
differs in exactly one variable. Documented in-code as measurement-only, never
for a published cell; the default remains sched_getaffinity.

The A/B runs the LANE SCRIPT rather than a new driver, deliberately: ArcadeData#119 is
open precisely because bespoke drivers drift from their lane's protocol, and a
fairness measurement written on a drifted driver would answer about the driver.

dense lane: measure int8 on every engine that ships it, not just ours

The sparse lane has run ArcadeDB at both precisions since ArcadeData#5143 -- int8
default plus an fp32 ablation. The dense lane never did, so T5 compared our
fp32 against a mix of fp32 engines and ONE int8 engine (LanceDB, whose
IVF_HNSW_SQ is its only HNSW offering), with the precision visible only in a
row label. Our own int8 dense numbers came from a bespoke overlay rather than
from the lane, which is the artifact class ArcadeData#119 flags.

Three arms added, one per engine that ships a quantized index:
  arcadedb_dense_embedded_int8   LSM_VECTOR INT8
  qdrant_dense_int8              ScalarQuantization int8, quantile 0.99,
                                 always_ram, rescore left at Qdrant's default
  milvus_dense_int8              HNSW_SQ with sq_type SQ8

Chroma, DuckDB-VSS and sqlite-vec get none: they ship no int8 path, and
inventing a quantized configuration an engine does not offer is a worse
comparison than omitting it. sqlite-vec is an exact scan by construction.

Each arm SUBCLASSES its fp32 sibling and the served entries clone the parent's
image digest, port and readiness probe verbatim, so precision is the only
variable and a future digest bump cannot move one arm of an ablation without
the other.

ONE DEFECT CAUGHT BY CHECKING RATHER THAN ASSUMING: degree_stamp matched
backend names against a hardcoded set, so qdrant_dense_int8 and
milvus_dense_int8 fell through to "exact_scan_no_ann" -- a false provenance
claim (they are HNSW at M=16) that would also have made F7's degree-matching
invariant vacuous for exactly the rows the ablation exists to compare. It now
strips the precision suffix, so any future arm inherits its parent's degree
and unit. Verified: all 11 arms stamp correctly.

Qdrant's ScalarQuantization shape verified inside dbbench:client rather than
assumed. Not yet run: queued behind stage 3 as a follow-on, since l3d has not
started and a mid-campaign sync would land lane changes under a live run.
