Suggestion: Rename module from "Doctrine2" to "Doctrine"

With Doctrine 3 on its way, I think it's about time to start thinking about removing the version number "2" from this module's name, to prevent the (hopefully false) impression that it doesn't work with Doctrine 3.

Is there any planned changes for Doctrine 3 ORM?
I don't have confidence that we won't need to rewrite this module from scratch to support Doctrine 3
So for now let's leave it as it is and wait for the actual release.

Then we will take a decision
