Policy violations without Component information

Current Behavior

It looks like in some (all?) cases new policy violations are missing component information, so it is not possible to see which component a policy applies to:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload a BOM which violates license policies
2. Open policy violations tab after policies have been processed

Expected Behavior

Each entry should show which component the violation applies to.
