Pull request overview
Updates the install-step migration planning document to reflect the final, dependency-ordered Homebrew/brew, homebrew/core, and homebrew/cask commit stacks and refreshed “zero legacy hooks” gate results, so the remaining cross-repository migration work can be reviewed and merged in a stable sequence.
Changes:
- Records the final
Homebrew/brewcapability stack as a commit-ordered table, and documents the compatibility bridge expectations. - Adds split commit stacks (with brew dependency pointers) for the
homebrew/coreandhomebrew/caskmigration branches. - Refreshes the zero-hook gate status and updates associated counts/word-wrapping for readability.

The compatibility pass and zero-hook local migrations now have stable cross-repository commits. Each can be reviewed as an independent pull request. - record dependency-ordered brew, core and cask commit hashes - separate released compatibility aliases from canonical documentation - retain merged tap zero-hook scans as the enforcement gate - capture the final single-package DSL usage audit
