Test DataFusion 45 with datafusion-python

We are trying to make sure the upgrade experience for DataFusion is better and to do so we are hoping to improve the testing of major downstream projects

For version 45.0.0 we would like to test with DataFusion 45 before release

I would like to create a PR to test datafusion 45 with datafuion-python

Describe alternatives you've considered

Here is how @timsaucer did it for 44:

Happy to help. I would like to get apache/datafusion-python#1009 wrapped up first, but it's not actually blocking for this test

I see #1009 bumps datafusion-python from 43.0.0 to 44.0.0
I'll create a PR to bump datafusion-python to 45.0.0 and take on dependencies from datafusion 45.0.0
