Improve XML documentation for:

• DoubleClick events in AppKit (NSTableView, NSOutlineView, NSBrowser)
• NSEdgeInsets struct

Changes:

• Replace boilerplate 'To be added.' with meaningful descriptions
• Remove empty XML doc nodes
• Fix formatting and indentation
