Steps to reproduce:

1. Start etherpad lite
2. open 127.0.0.1:9001/ with you a browser of your choice
3. open any pad

In Firefox:

Sorry, cannot reproduce this: I am not running Etherpad on Windows, but on a Linux Server (OpenSuse).

This is windows path (backslashes instead of slashes) issue again.
