Describe the feature
As of now, only the metropolitan .fr can be used on a free plan. I would like it to be extended to at least the TLDs of overseas territories that are managed by the AFNIC like the .fr domain, and as such are subjected to the same rules and restrictions.
- .pm → Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon
- .re → La Réunion
- .tf → TAAF
- .wf → Wallis-et-Futuna
- .yt → Mayotte
The TLDs are used by a lot of perfectly legit organizations.
- Local government : cinor.re, saintpierre.re, missionlocaleest.re, ccima.wf, assembleeterritoriale.wf, statistique.wf, greffe-tc-mamoudzou.yt, halo.yt, bandrele.yt
- ISPs : sosh.re, free.re, sfr.re, dring.tf, loina.wf, redbysfr.yt
- Businesses : brook.pm, edf.pm, advizo.re, bourboninformatik.re, lovistructure.re, 205.tf, aircalin.wf, brasserie.wf, corailtransit.wf, inovista.yt, maorediscount.yt, samani.yt

You could also reasonably include the .nc domain for Nouvelle-Calédonie and .pf domain for Polynésie françise, which aren’t managed by the AFNIC but by the local governmental agency for telecommunications, require to be affiliated with the territory, and are also used by a lot of local organizations.
The AFNIC also manages some regional TLDs, of which the .bzh one for Bretagne is heavily used by local administrations, businesses and NGOs (just search site:.bzh in Google…) and should also be green-lighted.
Finally, .mq for Martinique, .gp for Guadeloupe and .gf for Guyane are managed by a private media company but still used by a number of local companies. I’m less assured about these ones.
