1.12.0 release broken

CMake cannot be run from the release archive because it doesn't contain cmake_uninstall.cmake.in.

The error message I get is:

CMake Error: File libmaxminddb-1.12.0/cmake_uninstall.cmake.in does not exist.
CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:161 (configure_file):
   configure_file Problem configuring file
