Normality 3.0.0 is used

I know this project is unmaintained now, but still thought I'd mention it.

Version 3.0.0 of the normality package (https://github.com/pudo/normality) was released last week. This project has < 3.0.0 in its dependencies in the pyproject.toml file:

dependencies = ["normality >= 2.5.0, < 3.0.0"]

But the version uploaded to pypi still has "normality <=3.0.0,>=2.0.0" in it (see here)

So installing fingerprints 1.2.3 now uses normality 3.0.0, which now tries to pull in pyicu.

Hi @Zinurist ! Are you able to survive the pyicu force adoption? It's meant to deal with the fact that transliteration without it was essentially broken.

There is now fingerprints 1.3.0 which properly supports normality 3.0.

Yes, it's not a real issue for me. Just opened the issue as it looked like an accident because of the dependency mismatch.

Ok, closing this since the libs now seem to be in sync. If you feel it makes your life a world easier we can also tag a 1.2.4 that pins normality under 3, but that basically boots you off future developments of that stack.
