Overwide table in pdf documentation

Section 3.5.2.1 extends past the width of the page in the pdf. It also doesn't look great in the html:

It could be changed to this:

I knew it was ugly when I submitted it but no one objected. At the time, I was trying to be very explicit with the headers though it might be better to just be brief.

• Dropped the last column which I don't know if it was that helpful anyway
• Could change "hello" examples to "hi" or something shorter
• Capitalized Unicode
• Dropped escapes from escapes column because it's implied
• Shortened headers
• Could swap & for , (comma space) will make last column skinnier but less proper I suppose

I'm not sure if it will fit but it should be close. The PDF isn't in monospace so it's different though. I've included before and after.
