cargo vs rc files

The https://github.com/mozilla/rust/wiki/Doc-using-cargo-to-manage-packages[registering your packages] wiki says to be "sure your package has a crate file in its root directory called .rc". This seems very awkward for non-trivial libraries which often want to package .rs and the .rc file together in a src directory.

e3961df allows .rc files to be discovered in subdirectories. I didn't test it very hard though. Let me know if it helps.

I don't know; I'm not using cargo. I did add my package, rparse, which has the rc file embedded in a nested src directory. So if that works the patch should be OK (and the cargo web site should be updated).
