Adds
resolve.tsconfigPathsoption that enables tsconfig paths resolution. This option requiresexperimental.enableNativePluginto be set to'resolver'ortrue.Currently this feature only supports basic cases. If the
tsconfig.jsonusesreferences/include/exclude, it won't work as expected.refs rolldown/rolldown#5004
