Tracking pottery pieces and associated firing fees can be a challenge. Studios often rely on manual systems like slips of paper or clipboards, which is time consuming and frustrating for both members and staff.
Kiln Fire gives members or long-term students the ability to quickly submit their work, giving them benefits of keeping a digital log of their work and glaze notes. Studios can easily charge firing fees for pieces and automatically bill them on a weekly or monthly basis.
Using our hardware solution you can even choose to print out firing tickets, which stay with the piece until it's fired and allows users see which of their pieces are in the Kiln and get an email notification when they are unloaded.

PYOP guests, one time classes, and other private event pieces come with the challenge of collecting contact information, finishing and firing pieces, and then messaging people to come back and pick them up so they don't tie up valuable shelf space.
Kiln Fire can help your staff collect this pickup information from participants, track the process as these pieces go through the Kiln, and then be marked as "Ready to be Picked Up".
Once a pickup's pieces are ready, we start a series of automated email and text reminders to motivate customers to pick up their work.

With Kiln Fire visitors or members can reserve their spots in advance with just a few steps, no needing to look through multiple calendars of availability, we figure out which equipment is available on their schedule and book a time for them. You can give members limited allotments of reservation time. And you can optionally charge a deposit or fee for visitors to book their spot.
