  • Does raisin integrate with Raiser's Edge?

    In a word, yes. Financial codes are mapped to Blackbaud RE, with Fund Codes, Campaign Codes, Package Codes and Appeal Codes mapped to the campaigns you create in our system. After gifts are made, data can be pushed to RENXT via our automatic API Connectors with Omatic Cloud, or by way of a time-stamped flat file export. We also offer a Direct API for more complex, custom integrations.

  • How does raisin only get paid when we do?

    We have a transaction-only pricing model, which means we get a small percentage of funds raised. Unlike with a subscription pricing model, this ensures that our success is strictly tied to yours.

  • How long does it take to get set up?

    Our expert onboarding team helps you get up-and-running with training that's tailored to your use case and timeline. Most organizations are setup, integrated and accepting donations within 3 weeks, but we've seen even complex campaigns go live in a matter of days – even under the most unprecedented of circumstances.

  • Is raisin secure and compliant?

    We're PCI-ROC certified. raisin maintains a Level 1 PCI-DSS 4.0 certification with annual onsite assessments by Control Gap Inc.

  • What is raisin Payments?

    raisin® Payments is raisin’s built-in, modern payment solution. It allows donors to make secure online donations with credit card, Apple Pay and/or Google Pay while giving organizations simplified, all-in-one reporting, and a faster reconciliation and payout process.

  • Where is data hosted?

    Data is stored in the cloud in Canada. Critical to us and your security, cloud storage is located in Canadian regions only.

  • Do I have pay for support?

    Support from our team is unlimited, and we don't charge for support. After onboarding with our Onboarding Manager, support varies by your selected Package – but you always receive unlimited, hands-on support from our team. Our Bloom and Growth packages pair you with a dedicated Client Experience Manager who's available by phone or email for expert advice, business reviews, support journey review and ongoing training.

  • Which package is best for me and my nonprofit organization?

  • Can you help migrate donors and participants?

    In most cases, yes.

    For recurring donors, assuming your existing processor makes recurring tokens available, we are able to migrate them to raisin Payments so that your existing base of sustainers' gifts don't skip a beat.

    For Peer-to-peer campaigns, we offer import services so you can bring over your peer-to-peer participants and their previous donor history before your event starts.
