Importing data
Move your existing data into Relaticle from CSV files, and fix anything the import wizard flags.
- Prepare your CSV file File requirements, column naming, and formatting rules that make an import succeed on the first try.
- What each record type needs Columns, relationships, and example CSVs for companies, people, opportunities, tasks, and notes.
- Update existing records with an import Match rows by ID, email, phone, or domain to update records in place instead of creating duplicates.
- Fix import errors What to do when an upload, mapping, or validation step fails, and how ambiguous dates are handled.
AI assistant
Ask Rela questions about your CRM, and let it create and update records with your approval.
- Ask the assistant about your data Chat with your CRM in plain language. Search records, summarise your pipeline, and pull quick answers.
- Approve what the assistant changes Every create, update, or delete the AI proposes waits for your review. Nothing is saved until you approve it.
- Choose an AI model Pick the model behind the assistant per conversation, or leave it on Auto and let Relaticle decide.
- AI credits and rate limits How assistant messages spend credits, what each plan includes monthly, and what happens at zero.
- Connect Claude or ChatGPT to Relaticle Set up an AI connector to Relaticle with OAuth. This guide explains access and why MCP clients write directly to records.
Custom fields
Shape every record type around your process with your own fields, options, and visibility rules.
- Field types you can add Every field type available for your records, from plain text to currency, rich editors, and record links.
- Add, edit, and archive fields Create fields on the Custom Fields page, reorder them, retire them safely, and understand system fields.
- Control where a field appears A field's settings decide its place in lists and record pages, and whether it can be searched or filtered.
- Edit the options in a select field Rename, reorder, add, or colour the choices in any select, including pipeline stages and task statuses.
Records
Everything about company, people, and opportunity records, from pages and links between them to exports and recovery.
- Company records What lives on a company, from owner and domains to the auto-fetched logo and the tabs for people, tasks, and notes.
- People records Contacts with unique emails, phone, job title, and a company link, created standalone or from the account.
- Opportunity records Deals with an amount, close date, and stage, linked to a company and contact, in a list or on the board.
- Restore a deleted record Deleting is reversible. Filter any list to deleted records and restore them; only force delete is final.
- Export your data Download any record type as CSV or Excel. Full lists or selected rows, custom fields included.
- See who changed a record The Activity log tab on a record shows every field change and who made it, and workspace admins get the same history across every record type.
Tasks & notes
Track the work and the context around your records with assignable tasks on a board, and notes that attach anywhere.
- Work with tasks Create tasks with status, priority, due dates, and assignees, then keep on top of them with filters and digests.
- Use the task board A kanban view of your tasks. One column per status, drag to update, with priority and due-date badges.
- Take notes on your records Capture meeting notes and context in rich text, attached to the companies and people they're about.

- Manage members and roles What Administrators, Editors, and Viewers can each do, plus invitations, join links, and removing members.
