What's included with every plan?
Every plan includes the full API, MCP server, SDKs, CLI, webhooks, queues, bulk CSV, analytics, scheduling, and publishing. Plans differ only by post allowance, included accounts, and API rate limit.
What does PostZen cost?
Free is $0, Starter is $19/month, Pro is $49/month, and Scale is $149/month. Paid plans include unlimited posts and 5, 20, or 100 connected accounts. Extra accounts are $3 per account per month, prorated by the day.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Free includes 2 connected accounts, 20 published or scheduled platform-posts per calendar month, and the full product. No credit card is required unless you connect an X account.
What counts as a post?
One post to one connected account is one platform-post. Sending the same content to three accounts counts as three posts.
What happens when I reach 20 posts on Free?
You cannot publish or schedule more platform-posts until the next calendar month. Drafts do not count. Upgrade to any paid plan for unlimited posts.
Can I add more connected accounts?
Free is limited to 2 accounts. Starter, Pro, and Scale let you add accounts beyond the included 5, 20, or 100 for $3 per account per month, prorated by the day. Contact us for larger needs.
Why are X/Twitter API costs separate?
X charges per API call. We pass those costs through at cost on every plan, including Free. Connecting an X account always requires a card on file.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe.
